Requirements to attend this course are as follows:

• Current ISIS Member
• Board Certified/Eligible in at least one of these specialties; Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Radiology, Neurology, Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery
• Members who are not board certified in any of the above specialties must have completed or be currently enrolled in an ACGME Pain Fellowship and have taken an ISIS Lumbar course

During this 13-hour comprehensive procedures course the following techniques will be offered for attendees to select for their individual hands-on time:

• Cervical, Thoracic and Lumbar Techniques to include; Disc Access, Intraarticular Zygapophysial Joint, Medial Branch Block, Radiofrequency Neurotomy and Transforaminal Injections
• C1-2/AA Joint
• Lumbar Sympathetic Ganglion Injections
• Sacroiliac Joint Injections
• Stellate Ganglion Injections
